TB-500 + BPC-157 Stack for Achilles Tendinopathy

Sharing my protocol for chronic Achilles tendinopathy that had plagued me for 2 years.

**Stack:** - TB-500: 2.5mg 2x/week for 6 weeks, then 2.5mg weekly - BPC-157: 250mcg 2x daily, injected near the Achilles

**Timeline:** - Week 2: Noticed reduced morning stiffness - Week 4: Could walk without pain - Week 8: Returned to light jogging - Week 12: Back to full training

The combination seems synergistic. TB-500 for systemic healing support, BPC-157 for local tissue repair. Total cost was roughly $400 for the full protocol.
