I've been using Semax as an adjunct for ADHD management for 6 months. Quick update on my experience.
**Dosing:** 300mcg intranasal, morning only
**What I noticed:** - Focus duration improved by roughly 2-3 hours - Less "mental fog" in afternoons - Better verbal fluency - Mood more stable (less ADHD emotional dysregulation)
**What didn't change:** - Still need my regular ADHD medication - Executive function challenges remain - Doesn't help with motivation/initiation
This isn't a replacement for proper ADHD treatment, but it's a useful addition to my stack. The BDNF upregulation mechanism makes sense for attention regulation.
