Community Guidelines
Rules for participating in the AtlasED Aminos forum
⬢Core Principle
This forum exists to advance the collective understanding of peptides through honest, evidence-grounded discussion. Every post should contribute to that mission — not undermine it.
We are not a medical advice service. Nothing posted here constitutes medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any peptide or supplement.
🔬Research Standards
Protocol and research posts are held to a higher standard because they directly inform others' practices.
- ✓All protocol posts must include dosing specifics — compound, dose, frequency, duration, and route of administration
- ✓Claims about efficacy must cite sources — DOI, PubMed link, or peer-reviewed reference
- ✓Personal experiences must be labeled as anecdotal and not presented as clinical evidence
- ✓Quote or paraphrase findings accurately — state your interpretation separately from the source
- ✓Note sample sizes, limitations, and conflicting evidence where relevant
- ✗Do not present animal studies as human results
- ✗Do not omit safety warnings or contraindications from a source
- ✗Do not claim efficacy without citing supporting evidence
◇Community Conduct
Respectful, good-faith engagement is the foundation of a high-quality research community.
- ✓Respectful disagreement is encouraged — attack arguments, not authors
- ✓Welcome beginners — share knowledge without condescension
- ✓Correct errors with sources when possible
- ✓Share your actual experience: dose, duration, method, and outcome
- ✗No harassment, threats, discrimination, or personal attacks of any kind
- ✗No spam, off-topic self-promotion, or undisclosed commercial content
- ✗Do not encourage others to take risks you would not disclose yourself
📋Content Guidelines
- ✓Disclose any affiliation with a vendor, supplier, or commercial entity
- ✓Discuss suppliers factually — quality, third-party testing, pricing
- ✗No sourcing requests or vendor recommendations (no "where to buy" posts)
- ✗No medical advice framed as fact — all health information must include appropriate caveats
- ✗Peptide discussions are for research purposes only — this platform is not for clinical guidance
- ✗18+ content policy strictly enforced — no minors may participate
- ✗No referral links, discount codes, or affiliate links of any kind
- ✗Undisclosed sponsored content is removed immediately
⬆Voting and Trust
The voting and accuracy system is the backbone of community trust. Abuse degrades it for everyone.
- ✓Vote based on accuracy and helpfulness only — not personal preference or agreement
- ✓Downvote content that is misleading, inaccurate, or violates guidelines
- ✗Do not vote-brigade — coordinated voting to suppress or boost any account or post is prohibited
- ✗Do not coordinate votes in private messages, external chats, or other platforms
- ✗Abuse of the voting system results in immediate account suspension
◉Account Standards
- ✓One account per person — multiple accounts result in permanent ban
- ✓Your profile experience level must reflect your actual background honestly
- ✓Use your account for legitimate participation only
- ✗Impersonation of researchers, medical professionals, or other community members is prohibited
- ✗Account sharing or selling is prohibited
- ✗Do not create accounts to evade moderation or circumvent a ban
⚖Moderation
Moderation is progressive and proportional. Severe violations skip directly to suspension or ban.
- ✓First offense: content removed, user flagged with 7-day notice period
- ✓Third offense: repeat offender tag applied for 30 days
- ✓Fifth offense or any severe single violation: account suspended
- ✓Moderator decisions are final pending formal appeal
- ✓Appeals are submitted via the support page — decisions are reviewed within 72 hours
- ✓Admin application requires a trust score of 150 or above
- ✗Repeated violations result in permanent ban with no appeal
- ✗Attempting to evade moderation with a second account is grounds for immediate permanent ban
🔒Data and Privacy
- ✓Treat others' personal information with respect — do not share what wasn't made public
- ✓Your publicly shared stack data and protocol information is visible to all members
- ✓AtlasED Aminos does not sell personal data to third parties
- ✗Do not share, post, or expose another member's personal information without their consent (doxxing)
- ✗Do not attempt to identify anonymous or pseudonymous members
These guidelines may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
