🔑 Account Issues

AtlasED Aminos uses Clerk for authentication. If you're having trouble signing in, resetting your password, or managing your account, use the account management options available in the sign-in flow.

• Forgotten password: use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page
• Email change: manage via your account settings panel (gear icon in the navbar)
• Username: set in your profile settings under "Account"
• Account deletion: available in Settings → Account → Danger Zone

✏️ Content & Forum

For questions about forum posts, accuracy voting, or the wiki:

• Flagged post: posts are reviewed by moderators within 48 hours
• Removed content: you will receive an in-app notification with the reason
• Accuracy disputes: vote on posts and add a sourced reply to provide context
• Wiki corrections: use the "Suggest Edit" button on any wiki page

🚩 Report Abuse

If you encounter harassment, misinformation, or spam on the platform, use the flag button (⚑) on any post or reply. Our moderation team reviews flagged content daily. Patterns of abuse result in automatic moderation tagging and potential account removal.

For urgent issues including threats or severe harassment, contact us directly.

Response times are typically 1-3 business days. For community questions, the forum is usually faster.
