User Agreement

Agreement to terms

By accessing or using AtlasED Aminos, creating an account, posting content, or interacting with the platform, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you and your location.

Research and education only

AtlasED Aminos is a research and educational platform. Content may discuss peptides, research compounds, protocols, studies, user experiences, regulatory updates, and dosing references for informational purposes.

Nothing on AtlasED Aminos is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing guidance, or a recommendation to use any compound. Consult qualified professionals before making health-related decisions.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not create accounts for others, impersonate people or entities, or use automated account creation.

Community conduct

• Do not post false, misleading, illegal, harassing, abusive, or spam content.
• Do not present personal experience as clinical proof.
• Do not facilitate illegal sourcing, distribution, or use of controlled substances.
• Do not manipulate votes, trust scores, flags, badges, or moderation workflows.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or extract platform data without permission.
• Do not share private information about another person without consent.

Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant AtlasED Aminos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, format, moderate, and promote that content in connection with the platform.

You represent that you have the rights needed to post your content and that it does not violate laws, third-party rights, this agreement, or community rules.

Accuracy and trust systems

Community accuracy votes, trust scores, badges, and evidence signals are collaborative quality indicators. They do not constitute scientific consensus, clinical validation, medical endorsement, or proof that a protocol is safe or appropriate.

Vendor and affiliate content

AtlasED Aminos may display vendor listings, affiliate links, sponsored labels, or related commercial content. We do not guarantee vendor product quality, legality, safety, fulfillment, testing claims, or suitability. Purchases are between you and the third party.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasED Aminos is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from platform use or reliance on platform content.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AtlasED Aminos and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of this agreement.

Governing law and changes

This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
